Processing of personal data in Kymar Group

When you use our website and/or are in contact with us as a supplier, by ordering services from us or otherwise, Kymar Group will process personal data about you. Below you will therefore find information about the personal data that is processed, why we do this and your rights related to the processing of the personal data.

Why we collect personal information and what kind of information we collect

We collect and process personal data for different purposes depending on the context of the processing and how we come into contact with you. We collect the following personal data for the purposes set out here:

  • Respond to inquiries that come to us, where we will process your name, telephone number, e-mail address and any personal data that may arise from the inquiry. The processing of personal data is based on a balancing of interests. We have considered that this is often necessary for us to help you with what you are wondering about.

The information processed is limited to contact information, and the processing is based on a balancing of interests, where we have assessed that we have a legitimate interest in processing the contact information, and in our assessment, these interests do not outweigh the data subjects' privacy rights.
  • The information you provide us about yourself through either explicit consent (by voluntarily providing your contact information in forms to contact us or order from us) or voluntary implicit consent (by accepting the use of cookies as you do by using our website, unless you have turned this off) is collected and used separately.
  • The following information is stored in our case/archive system and customer system:
    • Customer name, address, telephone number
    • For direct debit customers: account number
    • Contact information (if provided) will be included with any messages/orders from you received on the website and sent to the person responsible at Kymar Group or a hired third party with a duty of confidentiality as an intermediary, who will respond to the inquiry with appropriate follow-up.

If we have more relevant information to share after we have responded to your response, we will contact you using the contact information you have provided. You can notify us at databehandler@kymar.no or (+47 800 40 700) if you do not wish this.

The information sent by e-mail directly or entered into the contact form is stored to provide the relevant service. We would like to point out that inquiries you send directly by e-mail are not sent encrypted. We therefore encourage you not to send confidential, sensitive or other confidential information by e-mail or through forms on our websites.
